Shipping Policy
Please allow up to five working days for delivery when using this service. All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping using this service.
If your order has not arrived after five business days please email support@boodsie.com.au and we can resolve this situation promptly.
Returns and Refunds Policy
At Boodsie we understand things don’t always fit the way you thought they would. Other times you just have a change of mind. We’re ok with that. We only ask that all returns for refund or exchange are made within 30 days of purchase. You will also need to ensure:
- All original tags are attached.
- The garment has not been worn and is in original condition.
- You have your receipt or invoice number.
All returns for exchange or refund are made at the cost of the customer. Upon receipt of the returned goods a refund will be issued to the original card the purchase was made on.
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged garment please contact us at support@boodsie.com.au and we will offer a refund or replacement.
